Awesome Autumn Adventure
Scandia and Stillwater 
On this trip we will head to Scandia gammelgarden for a guided tour of the living museum (early Swedish settlement—great visitor center/Scandinavian gift shop / Dala horse exhibit. )
We will eat lunch there.
Then, we will head to Harvest Fest in Stillwater. 
Walk across the lift bridge, enjoy the St. Croix River shore, shop at quaint shops and craft vendor booths, watch people canoeing in giant pumpkins. 
What is included:  lunch, guided tour of Scandia living museum.

  $130

December 3
Meal in a Mansion
1 o'clock until 3 o'clock. 
Enjoy a warm meal with 2 courses and dessert served in the beautiful decorated historic Italian Renaissance Cotton Mansion in the Congdon neighborhood. 

Live music. 
Celebrate the holiday season in style!

Betty Crocker Musical
Day trip to an entertaining musical about Betty Crocker. 
I Am Betty  @ history theatre, St. Paul  We will stop for breakfast (meal included) at the Little Mermaid Café in Askov.  Please register by 11/1

I went again on the next Friday night so the fair at night.  I finally took time to go down the big yellow slide.  Wheeee! And, to ride the Big Wheel.  The temperatures were still quite hot.

Day Trip: Fall Colors, Fun - Scandia Swedish visit and Harvest Fest in Stillwater

On this trip we will head to the open air museum with historic Swedish sites, beautiful gift store (butik), visitor center, and buildings from the 1850s - gammelgarden. We will eat lunch here. Then we will go to Harvest Fest in Stillwater. This quaint town along the St Croix River will have craft vendors. At 2 pm there will be a pumpkin regatta - people paddling in giant pumpkins on the water. Bet you haven't seen that before!

We will have lunch just after 1 pm. Please arrive by 1 pm at the Cotton Mansion. You will dine in the luxurious 16,000 sq ft Italian Renaissance mansion built in 1908. Live music will accompany your meal. The meal will be soup, then a course of risotto with chicken and vegetables, and a delicious dessert of berry trifle. This holiday and early winter season take time to enjoy a delicious meal served to you in an enchanting mansion. Space is limited. Please register by November 1. This is a first time event.
